About this place

Kin Wan Street Garden is a newly completed 0.8-hectare public park located along the scenic Hung Hom waterfront. Families flock here for its state-of-the-art, nature-and-ocean-inspired play facilities that pay homage to the area's historic shipbuilding roots. It features a large climbing tower, diverse play areas, a sandpit, and a ship-shaped viewing deck looking out over the harbor.

Things to know

Outstanding Babycare Facilities

The park features a highly parent-friendly, clean, and independent babycare and nursing/diaper-changing room, conveniently located directly under the viewing deck platform.

Bring a Towel and Spare Clothes

The playground features a dedicated sand play pit. Kids will get messy!

Sun Protection is Essential

Because the park is directly on the waterfront and entirely outdoor, the playground area can get very hot and sunny during midday. There are rain shelters and arbours, but sunscreen and hats are highly recommended.

Pet-Friendly Area

A 5,557-square-meter section of the garden is designated as an Inclusive Park for Pets. Families can bring their dogs to play, and dog waste collection bins are provided.
