About this place

Located directly above the MTR East Tsim Sha Tsui station, Middle Road Children's Playground is a spacious, free outdoor recreation area. Families love this park because it is entirely vehicle-free, safe, and divided into clear age-appropriate play zones, all while offering spectacular views of Victoria Harbour and the surrounding skyline.

Things to know

Stroller Access

While there are large outdoor stairs leading up from Salisbury Road and Middle Road, parents with strollers can use the public elevator located at the west entrance near Salisbury Road to reach the podium level easily.

Limited Shade

Because the playground sits on an open, elevated concrete podium, there is very little shade over the main play structures. It is highly recommended to bring sunscreen, hats, and plenty of water, particularly during hot summer afternoons.

Onsite Restrooms

There are public toilets, a babycare room, and diaper-changing facilities on-site, making it convenient for those visiting with toddlers and infants.

Food & Beverages

While there are no dining options or snack kiosks directly inside the playground boundary, there are vending machines and a snack kiosk nearby. Major shopping malls (like K11 MUSEA) with full dining options are situated right across the street.
