About this place

Managed by the LCSD, Hong Tat Path Garden is a peaceful outdoor park in Tsim Sha Tsui East. It features a children's play area, basketball courts, tree-lined paths, and a pet-inclusive zone, making it a perfect quick stop before or after visiting the nearby Science and History museums.

Things to know

Pack the Basics

There are no retail shops or food kiosks directly inside the garden playground. Make sure to bring your own water bottles, sun hats, and mosquito repellent (especially during wet months from April to October).

Renovation Notice

The park's outdoor basketball courts are closed for extensive renovation works from March 24 to late December 2026. The playground and green paths remain unaffected.

Pet Policy

A portion of the garden (230 square meters) is a designated Inclusive Park for Pets, complete with dog waste bins. Dogs are allowed but must remain on a leash at all times.

Beat the HK Humidity

The best windows for playing comfort are early morning (8:00 AM to 10:00 AM) or late afternoon (after 4:00 PM) to avoid extreme midday heat.
