Is KidsOuting free to use?
Yes. Browsing, searching, saving favourites and writing reviews are completely free for parents, always. We earn a small commission when you book through some partners (at no extra cost to you) and offer paid tools for venues.How are reviews moderated?
Every review is read and approved by our team before it appears publicly, so nothing goes live automatically. We reject spam, fakes and anything that isn't a genuine family experience. The same pre-approval applies to photos uploaded by users.How do booking requests work?
For academies and classes, you send a request for your preferred course and time slot. The venue confirms availability and you'll see the status in your account under Bookings. For partner platforms (like Klook), you book directly on their site.How do I claim my business?
Open the "For business" page, find your venue and follow the claim flow. We verify that you own or manage the venue, then hand you the keys: photos, hours, prices, descriptions in both languages, and booking management.I spotted wrong information, how do I report it?
Every listing has a "Suggest an edit" link near the bottom of the page. Tell us what's off (hours, prices, closure, anything) and we'll verify and fix it. You can also email hello@kidsouting.com.What data do you collect about me?
As little as we can. Analytics only runs after you accept it in the cookie banner, visit statistics use a daily-rotating anonymous hash (we never store your IP), and you can export or delete your account data anytime from Account settings.Is the site available in Chinese?
Yes. The whole directory is available in English and Traditional Chinese. Use the language switcher in the top bar; your choice is remembered on your next visit.
