About this place

Tsung Yuen Ha Playground is a small, public outdoor village park and children's playground managed by the Leisure and Cultural Services Department (LCSD) of Hong Kong. Situated in the rural, northern border area of Ta Kwu Ling, it provides basic outdoor play structures for local children in a quiet, countryside environment.

The playground is located very close to the Heung Yuen Wai Boundary Control Point, the border crossing between Hong Kong and Liantang, Shenzhen.

Smoke-Free Venue

Under LCSD regulations, smoking is strictly prohibited within the playground boundaries.

Nearby Restrooms

While there are no restrooms directly inside the play area, the Tsung Yuen Ha Tsuen Public Toilet is located nearby within the village.

Good to knowGeneral guidance , know this venue? add detail

Is there a fee?
No. Public playgrounds in Hong Kong are free to enter and run by the LCSD.
What ages is this best for?
Most LCSD playgrounds suit ages 2 to 12, with separate toddler and older kid equipment. The exact setup varies by site.
Are there toilets nearby?
Usually yes. Most LCSD parks have public toilets within a five minute walk, and the nearest MTR station is a good backup.
What is the best time to go?
Mornings before noon are cooler and quieter, and late afternoon after the school rush works well too. In summer, avoid roughly noon to 3pm.
