Good to know

Is there an entrance fee to use the playground?
No. It is a completely free public playground operated and managed by the Leisure and Cultural Services Department (LCSD) of Hong Kong.
What facilities are available for children here?
This is a compact, low-key sitting-out area rather than a massive park. It features basic play equipment (typically swings, slides, or small climbing frames) nestled among shaded rest benches.
Are there public toilets at the venue?
No, there are no restrooms within the sitting-out area. However, public toilets are located within a 5-minute walk in the surrounding neighborhood of Po Sheung Tsuen, and Sheung Shui MTR station is a reliable alternative.
Is the playground area shaded?
While the active play equipment is open-air and can get hot under the sun, the sitting-out area features shaded arbours and rest benches where parents can comfortably sit.
When is the best time of day to go?
Mornings before 12:00 PM are generally cooler and quieter. Late afternoons after school hours also work well, but it is highly recommended to avoid the peak heat between 12:00 PM and 3:00 PM during summer.
