Good to know

How much does it cost to enter the play maze (Bounce Maze), and do I need to pay for myself?
There is no entry fee to get into the general arcade, but the Bounce Maze requires payment. The maze is priced in packages (typically costing around 80 tokens, or roughly HK$50 to $60 on weekdays and HK$70 to $80 on weekends). This package includes entry for one child and one accompanying adult for one hour.
Can I host my child's birthday party here?
Yes. Jumpin Gym is a highly popular venue for birthday parties. They offer packages that include a private party area (usually reserved for 2 to 3 hours), a dedicated set of game tokens (30 or 50 tokens per child), party hats, invitation cards, and all-day access to the Bounce Maze.
Is there a ball pit inside the play maze at the Tsuen Wan Nina Mall II branch?
Historically, the Bounce Maze featured a popular ball pit. However, due to public health measures and cleaning schedules, plastic balls were removed from the maze at this branch. The maze still features slides, climbing nets, sensory screen games, and a separate electric car racing track directly underneath the maze structure.
How do we redeem prizes with the tickets we win?
Tickets earned from skill games are automatically saved onto your membership card (or physical paper tickets can be scanned and saved). You can accumulate these Red Points over time to redeem various rewards, ranging from small stationery items and popular plush toys to larger household appliances and electronics at the customer service counter.
What are the best value token promotions for a one-time visit?
Standard single tokens are HK$2 each. However, Jumpin Gym regularly offers bulk-buying discounts (e.g., HK$100 for 60 tokens, or higher tiers) and extra token promotions for members. Signing up for a membership card or participating in the seasonal Good Student Reward Scheme can also grant children free tokens.
