Jumpin Gym U.S.A. is Hong Kong's largest indoor family entertainment center and amusement park chain. It provides families with a safe, weather-proof, climate-controlled environment filled with classic arcade games, claw machines, and active play zones. To enter the active soft play zones, especially the Bouncing Maze, both children and accompanying parents must wear socks for hygiene and safety.

No Entry Fee

There is no admission charge to enter the general arcade space. You only pay for what you play using game tokens.

By MTR

Take the Tsuen Wan Line to Tsuen Wan MTR Station and take Exit A3. D·PARK is directly connected via a fully covered, air-conditioned pedestrian footbridge (approx. 5 to 10 minutes walk).

By Bus

The mall has its own direct transit interchange, the Tsuen Wan (Discovery Park) Bus Terminus. You can catch several local routes including 30, 30X, 39A, 39M, 40, 57M, 67A, 930, 930X, 934, A31, E31, and N31.

By car

Drive directly to D·PARK at 398 Castle Peak Road, Tsuen Wan. The entrance to the covered parking lot is easily accessible from the main road.

How much is the entrance fee to get in?

Entrance to the general facility is completely free. You only pay for individual games, rides, or the Bouncing Maze using purchased tokens.

Are parents allowed to go inside the play structures with younger toddlers?

Yes, for safety and supervision, parents or guardians are allowed to enter the Bouncing Maze soft play areas with their children. Both adults and kids must wear socks.

Is it worth buying the membership?

Absolutely. If you plan to visit more than once, paying the small registration fee (approx. HKD 30) allows you to purchase token packages at highly discounted member-only rates.

How do the ticket redemptions work? Do we have to carry bags of paper tickets?

While some traditional machines still print paper tickets, the venue is highly digitized. If you have a membership card, you can choose to save your won ticket points directly to your card account.
