About this place

Jumpin Gym U.S.A. is Hong Kong's largest chain of indoor family entertainment centers. The Panda Place branch is a modern, air-conditioned indoor facility equipped with ticket-redemption arcade games, coin-operated ride-ons, claw machines, and classic rainbow coin-toss booths. Families visit for a fun-filled, competitive gaming experience where children and parents can play together, collect tickets, and redeem them for physical gifts.

Things to know

No Active Play Gym

Unlike other larger branches, this specific G/F branch at Panda Place is a medium-sized facility and does not feature a Bouncing Maze, soft play gym, or ball pit. It consists strictly of arcade machines, claw machines, and coin-toss booths.

Token and Membership System

Games operate entirely on a token basis. While individual tokens cost HK$2 at regular price, buying a membership (approx. HK$30 for 2 years) is highly recommended, as members get access to deeply discounted packages.

No Outside Food or Drinks

Food and drinks are not allowed inside the immediate gaming floor area. However, Panda Place is home to several family-friendly restaurants and a massive AEON supermarket on the basement floors where families can eat before or after playing.

Red Points via App

Link your physical membership card to the official Jumpin Gym mobile app. Doing so lets you buy tokens instantly via the app and accumulate Red Points to redeem for coupons and physical prizes on-site.

Good to know

Does the Panda Place branch have a Bouncing Maze or ball pit?
No. It is an arcade-only branch containing ticket games, coin-operated rides, and claw machines. For a Bouncing Maze, parents should head to nearby Tsuen Wan branches like Tsuen Wan Plaza or D.Park.
Do I have to purchase a membership to play?
No, anyone can buy tokens. However, purchasing a membership (around HK$30) pays for itself instantly because non-members must pay the regular rate of HK$2 per token, whereas members get packages that reduce the cost per token significantly.
Is this branch highly crowded on weekends?
Panda Place is situated slightly away from the main Tsuen Wan MTR terminal. While it gets busy on Saturday and Sunday, it is generally much less packed and has a friendlier, more relaxed neighborhood atmosphere compared to other branches.
How do we collect and redeem tickets for prizes?
When playing arcade games, physical or electronic tickets are awarded based on performance. If you have a membership card, the tickets are loaded directly onto your card. You can then go to the store's prize counter to swap accumulated tickets for plush toys, snacks, household items, or stationery.
Are there EV (Electric Vehicle) charging points in the parking garage?
Yes. For parents driving an EV, the Panda Place (7/F) parking lot features SD Charging stations and dedicated Tesla Superchargers and Wall Connectors.
