Things to know

No Active Soft Play

Unlike some larger flagship locations, the Citywalk branch belongs to their mid scale layout and does not feature a Bouncing Maze, slide, or padded ball pit area. It is primarily a token operated arcade games room.

Membership Recommended

Anyone can buy game tokens at standard rates, but spending a small fee (typically HKD 30) to join their 2 year membership program is highly recommended. Members gain access to bulk token discounts and exclusive birthday packages.

Food and Drinks Policy

Outside food and drinks are strictly prohibited within the game play areas to maintain hygiene. There is an abundance of kid friendly restaurants inside the Citywalk mall right outside the arcade.

Paperless Option

The arcade is highly modernized. Physical tickets won from arcade games can be fed into machines to load directly onto your membership card or account digitally, saving you from carrying heaps of paper tickets.

Tsuen Wan West Station (Tuen Ma Line) Exit E1 or E2 is an 8 to 10 minute walk via the covered elevated walkway. Tsuen Wan Station (Tsuen Wan Line) Exit A1 is a 12 to 15 minute walk along the footbridge network.

By Bus

The mall is adjacent to the Nina Tower Bus Terminus (routes 33A, 40, 73X, 278X). Multiple bus routes also stop directly on Yeung Uk Road, including 30, 34, 49A, 238M, 243M, 243P, 586, 930, 930X, and 933.

By car

Navigate directly to 1 Yeung Uk Road, Tsuen Wan. The entrance to the underground parking garage is easily accessible off the main road.

By Taxi

Taxis can drop passengers off directly at the designated drop off bay or main lobby entrance at Yeung Uk Road.

By Walking

If walking from nearby shopping malls like Nina Mall or Tsuen Wan Plaza, you can reach Citywalk completely undercover through Tsuen Wan's seamless pedestrian footbridge network.

Does the Citywalk branch have a soft play zone or ball pit?

No. The Citywalk branch is an arcade style layout only. It does not have a Bouncing Maze or padded indoor playground area. If your children want to climb and jump, you should visit the nearby branches at Nina Mall or D PARK.

How do we pay for games and is cash accepted?

The games are played using proprietary tokens. You can buy tokens at the counter with cash, credit card, or popular local e wallets. Frequent visitors should register as members to purchase heavily discounted token bundles.

Can we host a private birthday party at this branch?

No. Jumpin Gym U.S.A. only supports full private room bookings and all you can play birthday party packages at designated larger Party Branches. This branch does not facilitate private party room rentals.

Are socks required for children to play here?

No. Because this branch has no active crawling or climbing play maze, children and parents are free to walk around the gaming floor in standard shoes.

Do purchases at Jumpin Gym count toward Citywalk's free parking?

Yes, but only if you pay at the reception using a valid electronic payment method. You must request a printed machine receipt and present it along with your electronic transaction slip at the mall's customer service counter.
