Baby E Playhouse is a 3,000 sq ft private indoor playhouse and birthday party room located in a Grade A commercial building in Tsuen Wan. Designed with safety and convenience in mind, the venue features soft padded flooring, rounded furniture, and several designated children's play zones. Families book the venue exclusively for private milestone events, such as kids' birthday parties, baby 100-day celebrations, and family playdates, to enjoy a completely private, stress-free celebration with customizable decorations and dedicated on-site assistance.
Things to know
Socks are Mandatory
All visitors, both adults and children, must wear socks at all times inside the play area. If forgotten, socks can be purchased on-site for HK$20 per pair.
Supervision Policy
All children aged 12 or under must be accompanied and supervised by an adult aged 18 or above. No dedicated childcare or drop-off services are provided.
Designated Eating Areas
Food and drinks must only be consumed in the designated dining zones. Eating or drinking inside the ball pit, sandpit, or play equipment is strictly prohibited, and a cleaning fee of HK$500 is enforced for violations.
Walk-In Sessions
While the venue is primarily a private-hire party room, unbooked time slots are published at the end of each month for walk-in open play. These slots are first-come, first-served, so please confirm availability via WhatsApp before visiting.

Tsuen Wan MTR Station (Exit A3 or A4) is an 8 to 11-minute walk away. Alternatively, Tsuen Wan West MTR Station (Exit A2) is approximately a 10-minute walk away.
The nearest bus stop is Tai Chung Road Fuk Loi Estate, located just 20 to 50 meters from the building entrance, served by routes 30, 34, 40, 48X, 234X, 934, and A31.
Drive to 18 Tai Chung Road, Tsuen Wan. The venue is in the IEC3 building, which features a 3-level underground public car park with 113 spaces and direct elevator access.
The building is directly connected to Tsuen Wan's extensive pedestrian footbridge network, providing sheltered walking access from Discovery Park (D·PARK), Tsuen Wan Plaza, and Citywalk.
