Good to know

How do I book a private party at Baby E Playhouse, and what are the packages?
Booking is initiated via WhatsApp (+852 9606 5967) by stating your preferred date, guest count, and party theme. Private booking packages are available in 3-hour slots (minimum spend HK$4,800, or HK$9,500 for unlimited guests) and 4-hour slots (minimum spend HK$6,300, or HK$12,500 for unlimited guests). Weekday bookings (excluding public holidays) receive a 35% discount.
What play facilities are available for children?
The playhouse is fully carpeted with soft safety padding and features a sensory ball pit with slides, climbing and gymnastics structures (such as rings) for older kids, a mushroom-shaped reading house, roleplay areas (including a toy fire truck, play kitchen, and musical instruments), a double basketball machine, and a carousel.
Are infants charged, and is the venue suitable for 100-day or first-birthday celebrations?
Infants aged 0 to 12 months enter for free and do not count toward package guest limits. The venue is highly popular for 100-day and first-birthday events because it is 100% private (limiting germ exposure) and features inside toilets, padded floors, stable air conditioning, and a private corner for baby feeding and diaper changes.
Can we bring our own food, cake, and decorations?
Yes, you are welcome to bring your own catering, drinks, and birthday cake. The venue does not charge cake-cutting fees and provides free cake-slicing and serving assistance. While basic themed backdrops and cake tables are included for free, parents can also purchase their own backdrop decorations (such as from Taobao) and the staff will install them for free.
How does the staff help parents during the party?
The owners and staff are incredibly hands-on and attentive. They manage the party timeline, set up food warmers, help organize arriving guests, and slice and distribute the cake. Staff will also proactively prompt parents for photos, assist with group shots, and even take high-quality photos using professional cameras to share with the hosts after the event.
