Entry is completely free, but you must purchase game tokens (priced at a regular rate of HKD 2 each) to play the arcade games and rides. Bulk packages are available at discounted rates.

No Maze Area

Note that unlike the Whampoa flagship, this specific branch is smaller and primarily focused on arcades, claw machines, and coin-pushers. It does not feature a large Jumpin Gym Maze soft play area.

By MTR

Take either the Kwun Tong Line or the East Rail Line to Kowloon Tong MTR Station. Take Exit C for direct, indoor underground access directly into the Festival Walk shopping mall. Jumpin Gym is located on Level 2 (L2) of the mall, approximately a 3-minute walk from the station exit gates.

By Bus

The mall is connected to the Festival Walk Public Transport Interchange. Citybus Route 22 terminates directly at the interchange, and other routes serving the immediate area include 2C, 80M, 81M, 82M, and 88M.

By car

Drive to 80 Tat Chee Avenue, Kowloon Tong. The entrance to the Festival Walk multi-level underground parking garage is accessible via Tat Chee Avenue.

By Taxi

Taxis can drop off passengers directly at the main entrance or taxi stand on Tat Chee Avenue.

By Walking

Pedestrians can access the mall via the street-level entrances on Tat Chee Avenue or via the indoor pedestrian underpass linking the mall directly with the City University of Hong Kong (CityU) campus.

Is there an entrance ticket fee for Jumpin Gym?

No. There is no admission or entry fee to walk into Jumpin Gym U.S.A. You only pay for the tokens you choose to purchase to play the individual machines, games, and coin-pushers.

Can we purchase tokens using cashless methods?

Yes. While individual machines require physical tokens, you can purchase token packages at the counter using cash, credit cards, Octopus, Alipay, or WeChat Pay.

Do my kids need to wear grip socks to play here?

Unlike large indoor soft-play playgrounds, the Festival Walk branch is styled as a classic gaming arcade. Socks are not strictly required since there is no massive soft-play or ball-pit maze at this specific location.

What should we do with the prize tickets we win?
