Things to know

No Play Maze

Unlike some flagship Jumpin Gym branches, this neighborhood store is relatively compact and does not feature the large Bouncing Maze with slides or ball pits. It is purely an arcade, coin game, and claw machine zone.

Tokens Required

Most machines operate strictly on game tokens. Rather than buying tokens individually, purchasing them in bulk packages or during membership promotions offers much better value.

Membership Advantage

If you plan on visiting more than once, it is highly recommended to register for a membership card. It allows children to save won tickets electronically on the card and accumulate points to redeem authentic high quality character toys and goods later.

Strict No Refund Policy

By MTR

Take the Tsuen Wan Line to Lai Chi Kok Station. Take Exit D4, which directly connects to and is within a 1 to 5 minute walk of The Pacifica Mall.

By Bus

Alight near Sham Shing Road or Lai Chi Kok. Available bus routes include 12, 701, 702, 914, 914X, 971, A21, and green minibuses 81K, 44A.

By car

Drive to 9 Sham Shing Road, Lai Chi Kok and enter the underground car park for The Pacifica Mall. Be careful to enter the correct Pacifica Mall entrance rather than neighboring malls to utilize spending receipts for parking discounts.

By Taxi

Taxis can easily drop passengers off at the dedicated drop off area near the mall's main entrance on Sham Shing Road.

By Walking

The mall is connected via a network of covered footbridges linked to neighboring estates and commercial buildings.

Good to know

Is there an entry fee to enter the venue?

No. Entry into the general arcade area is free. You only pay for what you play by purchasing game tokens from the counter or the self-service kiosks.

Does this specific branch have the Bouncing Maze or active physical play areas for toddlers?

No. This branch is smaller and focused entirely on crane machines, pushers, and arcade games. For active play areas, you would need to visit larger flagship locations.

Can we refund unused tokens for cash?

No, tokens are non-refundable. You can, however, keep them to use on your next visit or load them electronically onto a membership card so you do not have to carry them around.

How do children redeem prizes with the tickets they win?

Many of the arcade game machines issue tickets based on performance. Children can collect these tickets (either physical paper tickets or digital tickets stored on a membership card) and present them at the redemption counter to exchange them for plushies, toys, stationary, household goods, or snacks.

Is it required to be a member to play?

No. Non-members can purchase tokens at standard prices and play immediately. However, signing up for membership offers massive discounts on token bundle deals, electronic ticket tracking, and exclusive prize access.
