Good to know

My child is under 9 years old. Can they still ride the drift karts?
No. For safety and coordination reasons, the Crazy Cart drifting track strictly requires participants to be at least 9 years old and at least 120 cm tall. Younger children can still have fun in the dedicated Fun Zone, which features mini basketball games, bowling, arcade machines, and carnival booths.
Do we have to buy the grip socks from the counter, or can we bring our own?
Parents are welcome to bring their own non-slip grip socks. If you forget them, you can buy a pair at the counter for HKD 10.
How does the pricing system work? Do we buy entry tickets or use tokens?
The venue uses a hybrid model. You buy tickets or hourly packages for specific zones (such as The Battlefield or individual drift kart sessions), while classic arcade games, coin pushers, and claw machines operate using electronic tokens (E-tokens). Bundled packages are available online on Klook or KKday.
Is the venue stroller-friendly, and are there baby facilities?
Yes. Since the venue is located inside the modern D2 Place TWO shopping mall, it is wheelchair and stroller-accessible via the main lifts. The onsite restaurant offers baby high-chairs and kid-friendly utensils.
Can I book the entire space for a private birthday party?
Yes, the arena offers private booking and tailored birthday party packages for kids and teens. You can contact them directly via WhatsApp or email to inquire about package rates and slot availability.
