Good to know

Is there an entrance fee to get into Jumpin Gym U.S.A.?
No. Entry to the main arcade floor is entirely free. Parents only pay for the individual tokens they choose to purchase for arcade play, or a flat ticket fee for kids to enter specific active play zones.
What is the "Lucky Rainbow" game and how do you win?
Lucky Rainbow is a signature Hong Kong carnival-style game where players toss tokens onto a large rainbow painted on a table. If your token lands completely inside a colored band without touching any black divider lines, you win a prize (often plush toys).
Do I need to supervise my children at all times?
Yes. For younger children, especially those riding mechanical attractions or playing near coin-pushers, active parental supervision is required. Certain rides also enforce height limits (typically starting at 80 cm).
Can we keep our tickets if we don't want to redeem a prize on the same day?
Yes. If you register for a membership card or use the mobile app, your earned tickets can be saved digitally to your account. This allows families to accumulate large quantities of tickets over multiple visits to save up for major prizes.
Are there baby-care facilities nearby inside the mall?
Yes. MOKO mall is highly family-friendly and offers baby nursery rooms, nappy changing facilities, and family restrooms on multiple levels near the venue.
