About this place

Jumpin Gym U.S.A. is Hong Kong's pioneer and largest chain-style indoor family entertainment provider. It functions as an indoor arcade and amusement center where families go to enjoy an expansive collection of arcade machines, mechanical rides, interactive coin-pushers, claw machines, and physical soft-play mazes. It is highly popular among local families as an affordable, air-conditioned escape from the city's heat or rain where kids can play, win tickets, and redeem them for toys and household goods.

Things to know

Token System

Entry is free, but you must buy tokens to play the arcade games and rides. Standard token pricing is roughly HKD 2 per token, but bulk discount packages and membership discounts are available.

Socks Required

If your children want to play in the active play maze areas, socks are strictly required for both children and accompanying adults for hygiene reasons.

Rides & Supervision

Some of the motion and coin-operated rides require younger children (especially those under 140 cm) to be accompanied by a supervising adult.

Go Digital for Tickets

The venue uses a digital Membership Smart Card System. Instead of carrying heavy paper tickets, you can save them directly to a membership card to accumulate points for higher-value prizes.

Good to know

Is there an admission fee to enter Jumpin Gym U.S.A.?
No, entry to the premises is completely free. You only pay for the tokens you purchase to use the individual arcade games, prize machines, and rides.
What is the most popular game to play there?
The iconic signature attraction is "Lucky Rainbow". Players toss their physical tokens onto a rainbow-painted table, trying to land them perfectly within designated color strips without touching the black lines to win large bundles of ticket prizes.
Can we host children's birthday parties at the Dragon Centre branch?
Yes. Jumpin Gym U.S.A. offers specialized "Birthday Big Parties" across its branches. Packages are usually booked directly in-store at least a month in advance. They are charged per child for a 2 to 3 hour playtime session, and each child's ticket typically includes free entry for up to two parents.
Do they have physical play zones for younger toddlers?
Yes, most mid-to-large branches feature a "Bounce Maze", an indoor playground with ball pits, slides, and soft climbing obstacles. However, toddler play is strictly subject to height and age safety limits, and parental supervision is required.
How do we redeem the tickets won from arcade games?
Tickets won from the games are saved digitally onto a membership smart card. You can visit the shop's prize counter to exchange these accumulated tickets for items ranging from plush toys and snacks to household appliances.
