Good to know

Where is the best place in the mall to keep young children physically active?
Jumpin Gym USA (Shop 103B) and Toys,R,Us (Shop 103A) on the 1st Floor are top indoor options. For a more active, classic sport, families love the Cityplaza Ice Palace (also on 1/F), which offers public skating and figure skating or hockey classes for kids of all levels.
Are stroller-accessible nursery rooms widely available?
Yes. Cityplaza offers three designated nursery rooms across the 2nd and 3rd floors, which are spacious enough for stroller entry and fully equipped with nappy or diaper-changing tables and private nursing spaces. Real-time occupancy can be checked directly on the mall's website.
How do we redeem the free parking promotion, and are there specific exclusions?
To redeem, you must use electronic payment and bring your machine-printed receipts and matching electronic slips to the 2/F Customer Service Counter (10:30 AM to 9:00 PM) or the B2 Car Park Redemption Counter (8:00 AM to midnight). Spending at bank merchants, certain peripheral restaurants or services (like Challenger or Air Fitness), and Ice Palace tuition fees are excluded from the validation threshold.
Is the mall direct-access from the MTR, or do we have to walk outside in the heat or rain?
The mall is seamlessly and directly connected to Tai Koo MTR Station via indoor, climate-controlled escalators and walkways, meaning you do not have to step outside at all.
Can we rent strollers or wheelchairs at the mall?
Stroller and wheelchair rentals are typically managed via the mall's customer service desks, but specific pricing and real-time inventory rules are unknown. Parents can visit the primary Customer Service Counter on the 2nd Floor for immediate assistance.
