Baby Nursery Rooms
Located on the 2nd Floor (near West Villa Restaurant, open 10am to 10pm, and near G2000, open 9am to 10pm) and the 3rd Floor (near Dumpling Station, open 10am to 10pm). These feature comfortable feeding areas and diaper or nappy changing amenities.
Free Parking Promotions
Enjoy free parking with same-day electronic spending (maximum of 2 receipts, each HK$100 or more). Spend HK$200 or more for 2 hours of free parking, or spend HK$300 or more (or present 2 same-day MOViE MOViE movie ticket stubs) for 5 hours of free parking.
Self-Service Lockers
Lockers are available at the B2/F Car Park Lobby (7am to 11pm). Large lockers cost HK$30 per 2 hours, and small lockers cost HK$15 per 2 hours.
Umbrella & Charger Services
Borrow an umbrella at the 2/F Customer Service Counter (10:30 AM to 8:00 PM) with a refundable HK$100 deposit. ChargeSpot portable charger stations are located at the 2/F Customer Service Counter and B2/F Car Park lobby, with the first 30 minutes free.

Getting here
Take the MTR Island Line directly to Tai Koo Station. Exit via Exit D2 or E1 to step straight into Cityplaza Phase 1. Walking time from the train platform is roughly 2 to 3 minutes.
Numerous buses stop nearby. Key routes via King's Road include 2, 18X, 606, 608, 613, 682, 77, 8H, 82, 85, 99, 102, N122, 722, A12. Routes via Taikoo Shing Road include 110, 720, and Kornhill Road include 2A, 81, 82X, 106, N8, N8X.
Access the mall easily from the Island Eastern Corridor. Direct GPS coordinates lead to the primary parking entry located at 2 Tai Fung Avenue (Cityplaza Car Park).
Covered footbridges connect Cityplaza directly to nearby residential blocks (Taikoo Shing) and the Taikoo Place office towers, keeping pedestrians dry and safe.
