Jumpin Gym U.S.A. is Hong Kong's largest indoor family entertainment center chain. Families flock to this branch for its nostalgic and modern arcade games, claw machines, ticket redemption prizes, carnival games like the signature Lucky Rainbow coin toss, and its newly renovated Fantasy Adventure indoor soft play area.

Token Based Economy

There is no flat admission fee to walk into the arcade area; instead, you purchase physical game tokens (normally HK$2 per token) to operate the machines.

Renovated Facilities

The Taikoo Shing/Cityplaza branch underwent a massive remodel, featuring a redesigned Fantasy Adventure themed soft play maze/ball pit and upgraded private party rooms.

Socks are Mandatory

If your children plan to play inside the Bounce Maze (soft play area), both children and supervising adults are strictly required to wear socks for hygiene purposes.

By MTR

Take the Island Line to Tai Koo MTR Station. Take Exit D1 or Exit E1, which connect directly to the covered interior of the Cityplaza mall.

By Bus

Numerous bus routes stop directly outside Cityplaza or on Tai Koo Shing Road, including 2, 2A, 8H, 18X, 77, 81, 82, 82X, 85, 99, 102, 106, 110, 606, 608, 613, 682, 720, 722, and A12.

By car

Navigate to 18 Tai Koo Shing Road, Quarry Bay. Drivers can park directly in the underground Cityplaza Car Park.

Is there an entrance fee to get into Jumpin Gym?
No, entering the main arcade area is completely free. You only pay for the individual games you choose to play by purchasing game tokens at the counter or via their mobile app.
How much does the Bounce Maze (soft play area) cost at the Cityplaza branch?
For walk in play, it typically costs around 50 tokens (approx. HK$100) for 1 adult and 1 child to access the soft play zone for 1 hour. Member discount vouchers can lower this price.
Can adults join kids inside the play zones and rides?
Yes, one adult is generally required to accompany younger children inside the Bounce Maze. For mechanical rides (like the swing cars or small pirate ships), children under 140 cm must be accompanied by a supervising adult.
Can we host children's birthday parties at this branch?
Yes, Cityplaza is a designated party venue branch. Party packages cost HK$120 per child for 3 hours of play on Mondays to Thursdays (excluding special days), and HK$140 or HK$200 per child on weekends and public holidays.
