Spanning over 3,400 square feet, the facility offers professional obstacle training designed by expert coaches to improve children's physical fitness, balance, coordination, and agility. Families visit to give their children an active, exciting, and completely weather-proof environment to build core strength and strategic problem-solving skills under professional supervision.

Things to know

Reservations are Mandatory

You must book class packages or Open Gym sessions online through their member system at least 3 hours in advance. Walk-ins are not accommodated.

Dress Code

Kids must wear comfortable athletic or sportswear and socks to ensure safety and ease of movement during training.

Grip Socks Required

Anti-slip (grip) socks are highly recommended or required for climbing and obstacle safety. Specialized anti-slip socks are available for purchase on-site.

Waiver Required

Parents must complete and sign a Class or Group Liability Disclaimer before their children can access the gym equipment.

By MTR

From Quarry Bay Station, take Exit B and walk about 7 minutes. Alternatively, take Exit A1 from Taikoo Station and walk about 4 minutes to Westlands Centre.

Alight at the Westlands Gardens / King's Road bus stop (routes A12, N122, 102P, 302A, 606A, 608, 682A, 722, 968X, 982C), which is a 1 to 4 minute walk from the building.

By car

Navigate to 20 Westlands Road, Quarry Bay. The building features an indoor car park with hourly spaces allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

Good to know

Can parents participate with their kids?
Yes! While standard weekday classes are designated for kids only, the venue hosts a specialized Family Ninja Trial Class on Saturdays where parents can actively participate and attempt the obstacles with their children.
Is the obstacle course safe for younger kids or total beginners?
Yes. All custom-made obstacles are engineered by professional coaches, and the entire zone features soft-play safety flooring and thick safety mats. Coaches modify obstacle difficulties to ensure beginners can train safely and build confidence progressively.
What kind of obstacles are inside the park?
The 3,400+ sq ft space features floating monkey bars, rope climbs, a rope jungle, ring tosses, cliffhangers, a key lock, flying bars, and a scaled version of the famous warped wall.
Who teaches the training sessions?
Sessions are taught by professional, experienced instructors certified by the AASFP (Asian Academy for Sports and Fitness Professionals).
Do they host birthday parties or private groups?
Yes, the park offers private venue bookings, school group trips, corporate team-building events, and custom ninja-themed birthday parties.
Is there a minimum age restriction for the open gym session?
Yes, Open gym session is only available to age 16 above.
