Dress Warmly for Snow Wonderland

The Snow Wonderland is kept at -15°C. While snow coats, gloves, and shoe covers are provided for free, parents should dress kids in long pants and bring thick personal socks and beanies.

Easy Stroller Access

To avoid navigating multiple mall escalators with a stroller, use the Hopewell Mall Phase 2 elevators to go directly to the Whimsy entrance on the 14th floor.

Are there height limits for the main attractions?

Yes. Snow Wonderland requires a minimum height of 90cm. Drift Bumper Cars require 60cm (accompanied by an adult if under 110cm). Whimsy Land Ball Pit has a maximum height of 130cm, and VR Sky Ride requires a minimum of 130cm.

How much do the individual big rides cost?

Rides can be paid with cash or tokens. For example, Snow Wonderland is HKD 148 (or 128 tokens for members), Whimsy Land Ball Pit and VR Sky Ride are HKD 80 (60 tokens), and Drift Bumper Cars are HKD 70 (50 tokens).

Do parents have to pay to accompany children on rides?

For most children's rides (like Bumper Cars and Carousel), if the child is under the height threshold requiring supervision, one accompanying adult can ride for free. However, for the Snow Wonderland, accompanying parents must purchase a standard ticket.

Is it worth getting a membership?

Yes, if you plan to stay for more than an hour. Non-member tokens cost HKD 2 each, while members get significant discounts, dropping token prices to as low as HKD 1 per token when purchasing larger packages.
