About this place

Jumpin Gym U.S.A. is Hong Kong's largest indoor family entertainment and arcade chain. Opened in July 2024, the Lee Theatre Plaza branch is a bright, LED-lit arcade featuring an extensive selection of claw machines, classic coin pushers, ticket-redemption arcade cabinets, and the signature Happy Rainbow coin-tossing booth. Families visit post-meal or on rainy days for accessible indoor fun, aiming to win tickets and redeem licensed plush toys and prizes.

Things to know

Arcade Focus (No Soft Play)

Unlike other larger suburban Jumpin Gym flagship branches, this specific branch does not feature a physical soft play maze, slides, or physical climbing frames.

No Entry Fee

There is no flat general admission price to walk in. Parents can enter for free and simply purchase tokens for their children to play.

Smart Card Membership

Applying for a two-year club membership card costs a small fee (approx. HKD 20 to 30). It is highly recommended because it allows kids to store their earned tickets digitally.

Token Pricing

Game plays typically translate to around HKD 10 to HKD 20 per turn, paid in tokens. Purchasing tokens in larger bulk packages yields better value.

Good to know

Is there a soft-play ball pit or playground zone for toddlers at this branch?
No. The Lee Theatre Plaza location is smaller and almost exclusively focuses on arcade machines, simulator rides, coin pushers, and claw machines.
How do children earn and redeem prizes?
While playing the arcade or carnival games, children earn prize tickets. These tickets are added to their membership smart cards and can be brought to the counter to be redeemed for prizes.
Is it worth registering for a membership card?
Yes. Registration is quick and costs a one-off fee of about HKD 20 to 30. It saves you from carrying paper tickets and unlocks special token package discounts.
How noisy is the environment?
It is highly stimulating and loud, with dense rows of machines emitting music, lights, and sirens. Parents of sensitive children may want to bring ear protection.
Can we bring strollers inside?
Yes, the mall and the 4th floor are lift-accessible, but space inside the arcade can get heavily crowded on weekend afternoons.
