Established in the late 1950s, Shek Wu Hui Playground is one of the oldest public recreational spaces in Sheung Shui. Managed by the LCSD, this convenient outdoor spot features a children's play area, a basketball court, and a 7 a side soccer pitch, making it a popular hub for local families right alongside the busy commercial streets.

Lunar New Year Fair
Every year during the week leading up to the Lunar New Year, the sports fields are closed to host the North District Lunar New Year Fair.

Take the East Rail Line to Sheung Shui MTR Station. From Exit D1, it is a 3 to 4 minute walk, or a 5 to 10 minute walk from Exit A4.
Take KMB Routes 70K, 73K, 77K, 78K, 79K, 261, 270, 270A, 276, 276P, 278X, or GMB Routes 55K, 58S, 501S, 59A. Alight at Fu Hing Street (Near Shek Wu Hui Playground).
Navigate to Fu Hing Street, Sheung Shui. You can park at nearby commercial garages like Sheung Shui Plaza or Metropolis Plaza, or use roadside metered parking.
