Playdot is a premium, nature-inspired indoor play and leisure space spanning over 7,500 square feet. Constructed with high-grade sustainable lumber, it features a warm, relaxing forest-garden theme. Families visit to give kids a clean, safe, and engaging environment that blends sensory play and learning. The venue is equipped with climbing frames, slides, reading zones, duplos/LEGO play blocks, a play kitchen, dress-up areas, puzzle games, and scenic floor-to-ceiling windows alongside a dedicated lounge for parents to relax.

Things to know

Exclusively Points-Based Entry

You cannot buy tickets with cash or credit cards. Admission requires downloading the Lee Gardens App and redeeming 300 points for an Experience Ticket (covers 1 child and 1 accompanying adult). Earning points requires spending at Lee Gardens or Hysan merchants (HKD 1 spent = 1 point, minimum HKD 100 spending per receipt). New app registrations typically receive a welcome bonus of 500 points, making your first visit free.

Advance Booking is Mandatory

Walk-ins are not permitted. Slots must be reserved in advance via the hyevents section of the Lee Gardens App. Weekends book out fast, often requiring reservations days in advance.

Strict Receipt Verification

When registering points, you must upload photos of both the cash register merchant receipt and the electronic payment or credit card slip. Missing either slip will result in the points rejection.

Socks Required

Standard indoor playground rules apply. Both adults and children must wear socks to enter the play zones.

Can I pay for my child's entry with cash or credit card at the door?

No. There is no cash equivalent for entry. Admission is strictly handled via the Lee Gardens mobile app using points earned from retail or dining purchases within the mall.

How do I earn points to get a ticket?

Download the Lee Gardens App and register as a member. Every HKD 1 spent at participating merchants equals 1 point (minimum transaction of HKD 100). You must take a picture of both the merchant receipt and your electronic payment slip to upload and register the points on the app. Earning 300 points yields one child and adult ticket.

Can both parents enter with one ticket?

No. One ticket strictly covers one child and only one accompanying adult. If an additional adult wants to enter, extra points must be redeemed for an extra ticket (each additional ticket accommodates a maximum of 2 adults).

Is Playdot suitable for older kids?

Although children under 12 are permitted, parent reviews heavily suggest the wooden climbing structures, puzzles, and toy sets are best suited and most engaging for toddlers and children aged 5 and under.

Do I really need to reserve a slot ahead of time?

Yes. Walk-ins are strictly turned away without a confirmed, active reservation on the app. It is highly recommended to reserve weekend slots at least 8 hours to a few days in advance due to capacity limitations.
