Kiztopia - New Town Plaza is Singapore's award-winning mega-indoor family entertainment brand's first overseas flagship outlet. Spanning 12,000 square feet, this indoor edutainment playground features 15 themed play zones designed around an "eight intelligences" framework to aid children's physical and mental development. Families visit to let children burn off energy in a safe, air-conditioned environment that features giant multi-story slides, massive ball pits, occupational role-play zones, interactive trampolines, and a large bouncy castle.
Things to know
Grip Socks Mandatory
Both children and adults must wear non-slip/grip socks inside the entire play area for safety and hygiene. Normal socks without grips are not permitted.
Adult Supervision Required
All children under the age of 12 must be accompanied and supervised at all times by a paying adult aged 18 or above.
Wristbands are Non-Exchangeable
Upon arrival, tickets/vouchers are exchanged for entry wristbands. These wristbands are strictly non-exchangeable, meaning parents cannot swap places halfway through a play session.
Onsite Food and Drink
Outside food is not permitted, but the venue houses Bell's Café inside the play space, which sells light snacks, coffee, and beverages so parents can relax and recharge.

Getting here
Take the East Rail Line to Sha Tin Station and use Exit A3 or A4. Walk about 5 minutes into New Town Plaza Phase I, then head down to the Play Park on the Lower Basement Level (Level LB).
Get off at the Sha Tin Station Bus Terminus located in the basement of New Town Plaza, which connects multiple routes from Kowloon, Hong Kong Island, and the New Territories.
Drive to New Town Plaza at 18-19 Sha Tin Centre Street, Sha Tin. Onsite parking is available in the Phase I and Phase III carparks; follow mall signage to Phase I elevators.
Take a taxi directly to the drop-off and pick-up zones at New Town Plaza Phase I or the adjacent Royal Park Hotel entrance.
Use the fully covered pedestrian footbridges and walkways linking Sha Tin MTR station, Sha Tin Town Hall, and adjacent plazas directly to Phase I of New Town Plaza.
