About this place

Jumpin Gym is Hong Kong's leading indoor family entertainment center. This unique sports-infused concept store at Sai Sha GO PARK features a bright, athletic design utilizing natural sunlight. Families can enjoy classic arcade games like claw machines, prize games, and the famous Rainbow Coin Toss, greeted by sporty IP characters at the entrance.

Things to know

Simplified Brand Name

In June 2025, the company updated its social media to drop 'U.S.A.' from its name, simplifying it to JUMPIN GYM. However, physical storefronts and the website still carry the legacy branding.

Token-System Operation

Most games require physical or digital tokens. You can buy token packages at the counter or use the official mobile app to purchase and manage digital tokens easily. Larger packages offer better rates.

Sports Concept Layout

Unlike older, darker arcade setups, this branch is bright, utilizing natural sunlight and sporting dynamic lines to match the athletic theme of the surrounding GO PARK.

Surrounding Amenities

Located inside GO PARK Sai Sha, you can easily pair your arcade visit with outdoor play areas like Bear Park, sports courts, pet-friendly trails, a YATA supermarket, and family dining options.

Good to know

Do we need a membership to play at the arcade?
No, anyone can buy standard-priced tokens at the counter. However, joining the membership program (around HK$30 registration fee) unlocks cheaper bulk token packages, exclusive gifts, and rewards.
How do kids win prizes and what can they get?
Many games reward players with physical or digital tickets based on performance. These tickets can be saved to a membership account and redeemed at the counter for certified merchandise, plush toys, household goods, or snacks.
What are the rules of the classic Rainbow Coin Toss game?
Players toss tokens onto a rainbow board. To win, the token must land entirely within a color boundary without touching any black divider lines. Staff inspect winning throws very carefully.
Can we host birthday parties at this branch?
Yes, Jumpin Gym is a popular party venue. This branch offers budget-friendly packages starting around HK$100 on weekdays and up to HK$170 on weekends and holidays per child, with a minimum headcount of around 10 kids.
Is the venue stroller and pet-friendly?
Yes, the GO PARK complex is highly accessible and pet-friendly. While pets are welcome in the mall's outdoor common areas, they may have restricted access inside the arcade. Strollers can easily navigate the wide hallways.
