About this place

Established in 1994, Jumpin Gym U.S.A. is Hong Kong's leading and largest chain of indoor family amusement parks. Families visit this branch for its classic carnival-style token games, slot-car simulators, basketball machines, claw machines, kiddie rides, and prize redemption counters. It is highly popular as a convenient indoor, rainy-day sanctuary where children can burn energy and win toys while parents shop or dine in the surrounding mall.

Things to know

Socks are Mandatory

To enter the Bouncing Maze (soft-play and ball pit areas), children and accompanying adults or guardians must wear socks for hygiene and safety.

Acquire a Membership

A 2-year membership costs approximately HKD 30. It is highly recommended because members buy game tokens at heavily discounted bundle rates, can store won tickets digitally on their membership card, and get exclusive prize redemption rates.

Token-Based Gameplay

The arcade operates entirely on physical or digital tokens. Families can purchase tokens at the desk or instantly buy them via the official mobile app.

Prize Ticket Redemption

Most arcade machines issue physical or digital tickets. These can be accumulated and traded at the redemption counter for a massive selection of prizes, including plush toys, electronics, and household goods.

Good to know

Can we host a children's birthday party here?
Yes. This branch offers dedicated party room rental and birthday party services, allowing parents to book slots where children can enjoy games and themed birthday celebrations.
Do we need a membership card to play?
No, you can purchase tokens directly at the cash counter as a non-member. However, a membership card pays for itself quickly if you plan to visit more than once, as members receive access to high-value token bundles and digital ticket tracking.
What are the tickets for and how do we redeem them?
Winning arcade games awards tickets (either physical paper strips or electronic points saved to a card). These can be hoarded and taken to the redemption counter near the entrance to trade for stationery, household appliances, snacks, Disney goods, and plush toys.
Is the play maze heavily supervised?
Staff members oversee the entry and exit of the play area, but parents are strongly expected to supervise their children inside. Adults must purchase an entry ticket to accompany younger kids.
When is the best time to visit to avoid crowds?
Weekday mornings and early afternoons (prior to 4:00 PM) are much quieter. Weekends, public holidays, and rainy days see a massive surge of local families, which can lead to long queues at popular machines.
