About this place

Kidnetic is the largest private gymnastics facility in Hong Kong, spanning a 7,000-square-foot indoor space equipped with professional, European-imported, FIG-certified gymnastics gear. Led by highly qualified instructors, including former national team athletes, they offer structured physical training ranging from recreational play sessions to competitive-level gymnastics.

Things to know

Socks Policy

Kids can run barefoot during classes, but parents entering the training area must wear clean socks. For Open Gym sessions, both kids and adults must wear clean socks.

Dress Code and Food

Dress your child in comfortable, flexible sportswear. Eating and drinking are strictly prohibited inside the active gym area.

Absence and Make-Up Classes

If your child is sick or absent, notify the gym by phone or email before class starts. No make-up classes will be arranged for unnotified absences.

Severe Weather Policy

Classes run normally under Typhoon Signals 1 or 3. Classes are suspended immediately under Typhoon Signal 8 or above, or Red/Black Rainstorm Warnings, with no refunds or make-ups.

Take the Kwun Tong Line to Kowloon Bay MTR Station, Exit A. Walk for about 8 minutes, or take the free MegaBox shuttle bus from the nearby bus terminus.

Take the free MegaBox Shuttle Bus from Kowloon Bay MTR Station (runs daily 9:00 AM to 11:45 PM every 10 to 15 minutes), or take Green Minibuses 48, 68, 86, 87, 106, 110, or 111.

By car

Drive to 38 Wang Chiu Road, Kowloon Bay via major routes like Tate's Cairn Tunnel, Eastern Harbour Crossing, or Kai Tak Tunnel, and park in the MegaBox multi-level car park.

What is the cost of the Open Gym session, and what equipment is available?
Open Gym costs HKD 200 per 60 minutes for one child (includes one accompanying adult). Members pay HKD 100, and a 20% discount applies on rainy days. Equipment includes trampolines, monkey bars, balance beams, baby rings, a slide with a sponge pit, and more.
Can I get a refund or reschedule a class if my child is sick?
Course fees are non-refundable. To arrange a make-up class, you must notify Kidnetic via phone or email before the missed class begins. No make-up classes are allowed without prior notice.
What is the difference between KidsGym and SynergyGym classes?
KidsGym is a 1-hour program for toddlers (ages 1 to 4.5) focusing on developmental games and light movement. SynergyGym is a 1.5-hour+ program for older kids (ages 4.5+) transitioning from recreational play to progressive gymnastics.
Do you offer programs for children with special educational needs (SEN)?
Yes, the LinksGym program is designed for children aged 3 and above with special learning needs. These 45-minute classes use systematic gymnastics to strengthen balance, posture, and coordination.
Can we celebrate a child's birthday party here?
Yes, private birthday parties are hosted on Sundays. Packages cover up to 20 children (HKD 4,350 for members, HKD 4,950 for non-members) and include 1.5 hours of exclusive gym access, 2 party hosts, invitations, games, and decorations.
