By MTR

Take the East Rail Line to Sha Tin Station and use Exit A. Walk through New Town Plaza Phase I and follow the indoor signs to Phase III (about 5 minutes).

Alight at Sha Tin Town Hall or Sha Tin Central Bus Terminus. Useful routes include 280X, 28S, 47X, 580, 85, 88, 88X, 89, 83S, 282, 283, 284, 299, N170, and N270.

By car

Do we have to pay a ticket fee to enter?

No, entry to the arcade floor is completely free. You only buy tokens for the specific games or rides your children wish to play.

What is the cost of tokens?

Standard walk-in price is HKD 2 per token. Buying tokens in bulk as a member drastically lowers this price, often down to around HKD 1.20 per token during promotions.

How do the ticket and prize redemptions work?

Arcade games distribute physical or digital tickets based on your performance. Tickets can be accumulated on a membership card and exchanged at the prize counter for snacks, stationery, plush toys, and more.

Is there a soft-play ball pit or playground maze inside this branch?

No, this branch is primarily an arcade space with prize machines and basketball games. For large-scale indoor playgrounds, families can visit Kiztopia in Phase I of the same mall.
