Jumpin Gym U.S.A. is Hong Kong's leading indoor family amusement chain. The New Town Plaza branch features a unique vintage 1980s Japanese 2D aesthetic, complete with retro decorations and a giant Starry Kitten mascot at the entrance. Families can enjoy traditional and modern arcade games, try the famous Rainbow coin-toss game, win tickets, and redeem them for exciting prizes.
Things to know
Token-Based System
There is no general admission fee. Instead, you purchase tokens at the cash counter to operate the games.
Membership Benefits
It is highly recommended to purchase a membership card (usually HKD 30) for bulk-buy discounts on tokens and to save earned tickets digitally.
No Refunds on Tokens
Unused physical tokens cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash, but they do not expire and can be kept for future visits.
No Playroom or Soft Play
Unlike other flagship branches, this location does not have a soft play maze or bumper cars, focusing mainly on arcade and ticket games.

Getting here
Take the East Rail Line to Sha Tin Station and use Exit A. Walk through New Town Plaza Phase I and follow the indoor signs to Phase III (about 5 minutes).
Alight at Sha Tin Town Hall or Sha Tin Central Bus Terminus. Useful routes include 280X, 28S, 47X, 580, 85, 88, 88X, 89, 83S, 282, 283, 284, 299, N170, and N270.
Drive to Phase III, New Town Plaza (2-8 Sha Tin Centre Street). Onsite parking is available with direct lift access to L1.
