Yes. Following the closure of the nearby J-plus venue in Domain, management designated this Lei Yue Mun Plaza branch as the official location for customers to register and redeem legacy physical or electronic J-plus tokens.

Is there a soft play area or ball pit for toddlers at this branch?

No. This branch does not house a "Spaceland" or soft play ball pits. It is geared toward claw machines, carnival coin-tossing, and virtual arcade games.

How do we get from one side of the play center to the other?

Because the store is split across two separate shops (213 and 218), you must walk out into the open, public hallway of Lei Yue Mun Plaza's 2nd floor to cross between them.
