Take the Kwun Tong Line to Lam Tin MTR Station and take Exit A. The shopping center is directly connected via covered escalators, requiring a short 4 to 7 minute walk.

Is there an admission fee to enter Jumpin Gym U.S.A.?

No, entry into the general arcade area is completely free. You only pay for the individual tokens needed to play the games and claw machines.

How much do tokens cost, and are there any bulk discounts?

The regular price is HK$2 per token. However, bulk promotions are almost always running, such as buying 30 tokens for HK$60 to receive 10 extra free tokens.

Are socks mandatory for the active play zones?

Yes, non-slip or grip socks are mandatory for both children and supervising adults to enter active play or bouncing maze sections. If you forget them, they can be purchased at the counter.

Can we store our game tickets for a future visit?

Yes. By using a Jumpin Gym Membership Card, all won tickets can be saved electronically directly to the card. This makes it easy to accumulate points over multiple visits to save up for larger prizes.

Is there a way to get cheap parking at the shopping centre?

Yes. While standard hourly parking is HK$27 to HK$29, spending HK$300 or more at the mall allows you to access a special rate of HK$5 per hour for up to 2 hours at Car Park B.
