The Token System

By MTR

Take the Kwun Tong Line to Kowloon Bay MTR Station. Take Exit B or Exit A, walk across the pedestrian footbridge to Amoy Plaza (about 5 to 10 minutes walk).

By Bus

Take routes via Ngau Tau Kok Road (such as 2A, 6D, 13D, 28, 89) or Kwun Tong Road (such as 1A, 3D, 101) and walk to Amoy Plaza.

By car

Drive to 77 Ngau Tau Kok Road, Kowloon Bay and park at the Amoy Gardens or Amoy Plaza carpark. Pay via Octopus, Visa, or Mastercard.

By Taxi

Taxis can safely drop off passengers along the designated laybys on Ngau Tau Kok Road right outside Phase III of Amoy Plaza.

Is it worth getting a membership card?

Yes, absolutely. Non-member tokens cost HK$2 each, but membership unlocks token packages and promotions (like buy-50-get-50-free) that lower the cost to around HK$1 each. It also allows you to store won tickets electronically on your card.

What is the age limit for the Jumpin Gym Maze soft play area?

While infants and young toddlers can enter with a parent, the play structures inside the bouncing maze are generally designed for children up to 150 cm in height.

Can I get a refund on unused tokens or return them for cash?

No. All token sales are final, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged back into cash. However, unused tokens can be kept and used during future visits to any Jumpin Gym branch in Hong Kong.

Do adults need to pay to accompany their children?

There is no general entry fee to walk into the arcade area. For specific paid attractions like the soft play maze, the admission ticket usually covers one child and one accompanying supervising adult.

Can you actually win the Happy Rainbow coin-tossing game?

Yes. Jumpin Gym has confirmed that all colored target zones are larger than the tokens. However, the rule is highly strict: if any part of your token touches the black boundary lines, it is ruled no award.
