About this place

Jumpin Gym U.S.A. is Hong Kong's largest indoor family entertainment center chain. Its flagship branch in Whampoa Garden covers over 30,000 square feet, making it a massive subterranean wonderland of sensory-rich amusement. Families flock here because it combines classic arcade claw machines and the iconic Rainbow Toss coin-throwing booths with a giant multi-level indoor soft-play maze, and several mini theme-park rides like bumper cars, a pirate ship, and swinging cars.

Things to know

Socks are Mandatory

Both children and any supervising parents entering the multi-level Bouncing Maze soft play area must wear socks.

Peak-Time Maze Limits

On Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays, entry to the Bouncing Maze is restricted to 30-minute sessions per voucher due to crowding. On weekdays, sessions are usually 1 hour long.

Ride Height Constraints

Major mechanical rides have strict height checks. Bumper cars require a minimum height of 100cm, while the pirate ship and swing cars require 80cm. Children under 140cm must be accompanied by an adult.

Membership is Worth It

Joining or renewing membership costs a small fee, typically HKD 30, but is highly recommended because it offers heavily discounted bulk token packages and occasional toy promotional campaigns.

Good to know

Does my toddler need to be accompanied in the Bouncing Maze?
Yes. Children under 150cm tall must have a parent or guardian with them in the maze. The good news is that the flagship maze is large enough that adults can comfortably crawl through it alongside their kids.
How do we pay for the games and rides?
The venue runs on a physical token system. Standard tokens are HKD 2 each, but buying bulk packages brings the price down significantly. Major attractions are best paid via a multi-voucher combo pack sold at the counters.
Are there height limits for the indoor amusement park rides?
Yes. Rides like the bumper cars and pirate ship require children to be at least 80cm to 100cm tall to ride. If they are under 140cm, a paying adult must sit with them.
When is the best time to visit to avoid crowds?
Weekends and public holidays are extremely busy, which shortens your maze play session to 30 minutes. Parents recommend arriving on weekday mornings or early afternoons to enjoy uncrowded gameplay and 1-hour sessions in the Bouncing Maze.
Can we bring our own food or birthday cake?
Outside food is generally not permitted inside the open gaming zones. However, if you rent a private room for a designated Jumpin Gym Birthday Party, catering can be arranged. Note that you will need to supply your own non-plastic plates and utensils.
