About this place

Jumpin Gym U.S.A. at K11 MUSEA reimagines the traditional arcade experience into a boutique, family-friendly destination. It features sleek, dynamic lines paired with a soothing pastel palette, creating a comforting and contemporary indoor sanctuary. Families visit to escape the urban bustle, enjoy interactive gaming, and bond over claw machines and classic carnival games.

Things to know

No Soft Play/Maze

Unlike larger flagship branches of Jumpin Gym U.S.A., this boutique, design-forward location does not feature a large "Jumpin Gym Maze" (soft play area, slides, or giant ball pits). It focuses strictly on coin/token-operated games, claw machines, and ticket games.

Token System

To play the games, you must buy tokens at the cashier counter or directly through the Jumpin Gym mobile app. Games typically cost between 2 to 5 tokens per play.

Curated Prize Redemptions

Ticket-awarding games allow players to win paper or digital tickets, which can be saved to a membership card and redeemed at the counter for toys, snacks, stationery, and licensed plushies (such as Disney or Sanrio characters).

App Integration & Membership

Frequent visitors can register for a lifetime membership (typically HK$30) to store won tickets digitally, track "Red Points," buy tokens instantly, and access member-only redemption discounts.
