About this place

Jumpin Gym U.S.A. is Hong Kong's largest indoor family entertainment center chain. Families flock to this venue to enjoy a colorful mix of nostalgic arcade games, coin-toss rainbow booths, high-tech simulators, prize/claw machines, and soft play climbing zones. This newly opened branch at Kai Tak Mall 2 features a unique space base theme packed with futuristic, sci-fi design elements.

Things to know

Keep an Eye on Stadium Events

Because this mall is situated directly next to the massive Kai Tak Stadium and Arena, parking lots and taxi pick-up and drop-off points may be closed to the public on major concert or event days. It is highly advised to check the Kai Tak Sports Park event calendar before deciding to drive.

Tokens System

All arcade games require physical tokens or a loaded member card. Non-members pay standard rates, while members get significantly cheaper bulk token packages.

Authentic Prizes

This brand is famous for offering 100 percent genuine, licensed merchandise, such as Disney, Sanrio, and trending Japanese anime plushies, at their prize exchange counters.

Rebranding Note

On social media, the brand updated its name from Jumpin Gym U.S.A. to simply Jumpin Gym. However, most store facades and standard references still use the classic U.S.A. name.

Good to know

How do we play games here? Do we need cash or card?
Most games require physical tokens. You can buy tokens at the cashier counter or from self-service kiosks using cash, Octopus, or credit cards. Regular visitors can use a member card to store digital tokens and tickets.
Is it worth getting a Jumpin Gym membership?
Yes! If you plan to play more than once, paying the small membership fee is highly recommended. Members receive heavily discounted token bundle packages, exclusive birthday coupons, and the ability to save won tickets on their cards to redeem higher-tier prizes later.
What is the Classic Rainbow game and how do we play?
The Rainbow Toss is a nostalgic local favorite where players throw tokens onto a large rainbow-striped board. If your coin lands entirely within a colored zone without touching any of the black borders, you win various physical prizes like giant stuffed animals.
Is there a soft-play area or bouncing maze at this specific branch?
While many standard Jumpin Gym locations feature a Jumpin Gym Maze soft-play area with slides and ball pits, the Kai Tak Mall 2 branch is heavily themed around futuristic space base sci-fi elements, arcade machines, basketball shooters, and high-end Japanese claw prize machines.
When is the best time to visit to avoid crowds?
Weekends and school holidays are extremely crowded and loud. To enjoy the games without waiting or fighting for space, it is best to visit on weekday mornings or early afternoons.
