Jumpin Gym U.S.A. is Hong Kong's largest and most famous chain of indoor family entertainment centers and amusement parks. The AIRSIDE branch is a modern, air-conditioned indoor venue where families go to enjoy a mixture of nostalgic and modern arcade games, claw machines, the signature 'Rainbow Toss' coin game, bumper cars, and a dedicated soft-play area.

Socks Required

Both children and accompanying adults must wear non-slip or grip socks to enter the fenced bouncing maze and ball pit play zone.

No General Entry Fee

There is no admission fee to enter the venue. You only pay for tokens (regularly HK$2 each) to play arcade games, though gated zones like the bouncing maze require separate entry packages.

Membership Discount

If you plan on playing several games, pay the HK$30 membership fee. Members can purchase tokens at discounted rates and earn prize points.

Bumper Car Restrictions

Children must be at least 140 cm tall to drive bumper cars independently, and children above 120 cm can ride alongside an adult.

Getting here

By MTR

Take the Tuen Ma Line to Kai Tak Station and take Exit C, which directly connects to the concourse level of the AIRSIDE mall.

By Bus

Multiple bus routes stop at the AIRSIDE bus interchange or nearby streets, including routes 78X, 78C, A25, 20, 22, 22M, 24, 108, 296C, 608, and 793.

By car

Drive to 2 Concorde Road, Kai Tak, and enter the basement car park from Muk Yuen Street, which supports automatic payment methods.

By Taxi

Taxis can drop off and pick up passengers directly at the designated taxi stand on the B1/F level of AIRSIDE or along Muk Yuen Street.

By Walking

Multiple covered pedestrian footbridges and elevated walkways link AIRSIDE directly to nearby San Po Kong and the greater Kai Tak residential estates.

Good to know

Is there an entrance fee for parents who just want to supervise?
No. General admission to the main arcade facility is free, meaning parents can walk in to supervise children for free. However, if your child is entering the gated bouncing maze, certain sessions or packages may require an accompanying adult, and you must purchase appropriate tickets.
Do we have to bring our own socks?
Yes, non-slip grip socks are mandatory for both kids and adults entering the play maze. If you forget them, you will have to purchase them on-site.
Can we host my child's birthday party here?
Yes! The AIRSIDE branch is a mid-sized featured branch that hosts children's birthday parties. Packages generally include dedicated play hours for kids (typically 2 to 3 hours), free admission for up to 2 parents per child, and token deals. Booking must be completed in person at least 1 month in advance.
How do the token-operated games work?
You purchase tokens at the counter or kiosk. Many of the ticket-dispensing games award physical or digital tickets that accumulate on your member card, which can then be redeemed at the prize counter for authentic branded plush toys and accessories.
Is this location very big?
While it is a modern, clean, and well-equipped branch, reviews note that the AIRSIDE location is more moderately sized compared to the massive 30,000 sq. ft. flagship store in Whampoa Garden. However, it offers a great selection of the newest claw machines and a custom aviation themed layout.
