Free Stroller & Care Loans

The mall's concierge counters provide free stroller loans, baby nursing covers, wheelchairs, and umbrellas. They can also supply baby diapers on request.

Nursery & Nursing Rooms

There are five nursing rooms in the complex. The most heavily utilized is on the Ground Floor of Ocean Terminal (near Venchi, adjacent to Toys "R" Us), equipped with private breastfeeding cubicles, padded changing tables, electronic scales, and wet wipe dispensers.

Luggage & Locker Storage

Self-service storage lockers are located on Level 3 of Ocean Terminal (near National Geographic) and Level 4 of Gateway Arcade (near McDonald's). Rates are HKD 20 every 2 hours for a small locker and HKD 40 every 2 hours for a large locker.

Dress for Walking

The mall spans over 2 million square feet and features many sections. Comfortable walking shoes are highly recommended for parents and children.

By MTR

Take the MTR to Tsim Sha Tsui Station (Exit A1), East Tsim Sha Tsui Station (Exit L5 or Exit L6), or Austin Station (Exit F). Underground, air-conditioned corridors connect these exits directly into the mall's basement level (B1).

By Bus

The mall sits adjacent to the Tsim Sha Tsui Star Ferry Bus Terminal. Key routes include 1, 1A, 2, 5, 5C, 6, 7, 8, 9, 28, 234X, 973 via the pier, and 12, 110, 203C via Canton Road.

By car

Drive along Canton Road and enter one of Harbour City's designated parking facilities. The closest lot to the family shopping wing is Ocean Terminal Car Park (P5).

By Taxi

Taxi drop-off points are located at the main entrances of Canton Road or the adjoining hotels, including Marco Polo, Gateway, and Prince.

No, access to the Ocean Terminal Deck on the rooftop of the building is completely free and open to the public. It has a natural lawn and a grandstand, making it a great outdoor space for kids.
