Good to know

Are the Kiztopia or Jumptopia inflatable events permanent fixtures at Citywalk?
No, they are seasonal pop up events. However, permanent playrooms like the 8,000 sq ft CHILDLIKE Wonderland operate year round on the G/F of Phase 1.
Do adults need to buy separate tickets to accompany kids inside the play zones?
Yes. For seasonal inflatable events, the same price applies to adults and children, and adults must hold a valid ticket to supervise children under 120 cm.
How can I stack extra free parking hours?
Besides standard spending privileges, you can get an extra 1 hour night parking by spending over HK$100 after 5:00 PM, or an extra 1 hour free parking with same day movie tickets at Emperor Cinemas.
Can toddlers under 2 years old join the inflatable playgrounds?
Yes. Infants under 24 months can typically enter the inflatable zones for free, provided they are accompanied by a paying child and a paying adult.
Are there outdoor activities if it rains?
No. Outdoor activities in the open air piazza will close during heavy rain or thunderstorm warnings. Families can instead visit the indoor atrium or indoor play areas.
