What happens if I forget to bring grip socks?
You cannot play without them, but you can buy a pair of grip socks directly at the Acorn Playhouse front desk for HKD 20.
Are there food options for parents and children on-site?
Yes, the venue features the Acorn Café, which serves drinks and light refreshments. However, to preserve hygiene, food must not be carried into the play areas and must be consumed within the café boundaries.
How are the play facilities sanitized?
The staff disinfects the venue before and after every public session, including during the daily cleaning closure between 12:45 and 13:30. Additionally, they conduct a deep, campus-wide disinfection once a month.
