About this place

Spanning over 34,000 square feet across the 5th and 6th floors of the Tsz Wan Shan Shopping Centre, this vibrant, dot-themed outdoor playground is one of the premier free family attractions in Kowloon. Managed by Link REIT, the playground features an expansive Water Play Zone, climbing nets, dynamic rocking boards, and a multi-story slide. The playground seamlessly connects to the mall's 3rd-floor Butterfly Garden and 7th-floor Sky Garden, making it an ideal nature-connected urban getaway for families.

Things to know

Bring Extra Clothes

The Water Play Zone features active water sprays and splash buckets. Children will get completely soaked, so a full dry change of clothes and shoes is necessary.

No Changing Rooms on Deck

While public toilets are readily accessible inside the shopping mall, there are no dedicated changing rooms or shower facilities directly inside the outdoor playground. Bring a large towel to dry off.

Footwear Rules

Shoes must be removed in all rubber-floored sections. Kids should wear or bring grip-friendly socks, as wet rubber floors can become slippery.

Weather Dependability

Because the playground is outdoors, it will close during heavy rain, high winds, or when active weather warnings (like Amber Rainstorm or Thunderstorm warnings) are issued.

Good to know

Do I have to pay to use the water play and slide facilities?
No, the playground is completely free for all visitors. However, you must queue up to get a physical session ticket on the 3rd floor.
How early should we arrive to get session tickets?
On weekends and public holidays, tickets run out very quickly. For the morning sessions, it is recommended to queue at the 3/F podium slightly before 10:00 AM. For the afternoon sessions, aim to be there before 2:00 PM.
Is there any shade for parents while kids play?
The playground has a transparent canopy overhead, and because of the neighboring tall buildings, the play area gets quite shaded during the late afternoon (around the 2:30 PM session and onward).
Can toddlers play safely here?
Yes. There is a dedicated toddler play zone specifically designed for children aged 2 to 5. It features smaller slides, crawling tunnels, sensory drumming elements, and low climbing frames away from the bigger kid areas.
What is the height limit for the giant slide?
The two-story slide is quite steep and fast. For safety, children must be at least 120cm tall (typically around age 7 or older) to ride it.
