Tai Tong Organic EcoPark
Busy times
About this place
Established in 1994, Tai Tong Organic EcoPark is an expansive leisure, agricultural, and educational farm spanning over a million square feet in Yuen Long. Families visit to step away from the busy city, participate in seasonal organic fruit harvesting (like strawberry and lychee picking), interact with farm animals (goats, ostriches, fish), and let kids release energy across outdoor playgrounds, ropes courses, grass slides, and pony rides.
Things to know
Mosquito and Sun Protection
Because the park is highly outdoor and green, mosquitoes can be very active. Apply plenty of insect repellent or patches on skin and clothing. Bring sunscreen, hats, and portable fans, especially during hot summer months.
The Coupon Activity System
General entry tickets only cover basic admission to the park's grounds and public playgrounds. For interactive attractions (such as family bicycles, bouncy castles, animal feeding), parents must purchase a multi-grid Activity Package (typically $80 HKD for 4 vouchers) to redeem for specific activities.
Dining on Site
There is a restaurant on-site, Tung Yan Street Restaurant, famous for its lychee wood roasted chicken. It is highly popular, and ordering the roasted chicken usually requires pre-booking. Barbecue (BBQ) buffet options are also available.
Stroller Access
Bringing a stroller is fully permitted. Paved roads connect most of the primary sections, though parents may encounter minor stairs or narrow gravel paths in suburban sections like the BBQ fields.
