About this place
Managed by the Leisure and Cultural Services Department (LCSD), Pak Fuk Children's Playground is a public outdoor recreational park. It is popular with local families for its children's play equipment, senior fitness facilities, and two outdoor badminton courts. It is also highly notable for being a designated trial site in the North District where toddlers can safely ride balance bikes in a car-free environment.
Things to know
Temporary Closure Notice
Plan your visit accordingly as phases of the park are temporarily closed for renovation until mid-October 2026.
Toddler Balance Bikes
This is one of the designated areas where toddlers can practice with balance bikes. Bring your child's balance bike along, but remember that standard adult and youth cycling are prohibited.
Bring Protection
Because the park is situated near a hillside, mosquitoes and biting midges can occasionally be a nuisance; parents should bring insect repellent, sun hats, and sunscreen.
No Floodlights
The outdoor badminton courts do not have floodlights. It is highly recommended to plan active sports or play visits during daylight hours.
