About this place

Jumpin Gym is a highly popular indoor family entertainment center and amusement arcade franchise in Hong Kong. Families visit to play a wide variety of interactive games, coin-operated machines, claw/prize catchers, and classic carnival attractions like the "Lucky Rainbow" coin toss. Children earn tickets from these games, which they can collect and exchange for toys, treats, and other prizes at the redemption counter.

Things to know

Socks are Mandatory

If your children plan to enter the "Bouncing Maze" (soft play climbing zone), socks are strictly required for both children and supervising parents/guardians for hygiene and safety reasons.

Membership Saves Money

Entering the arcade is entirely free, but game tokens cost HKD 2 each at regular price. Signing up for a membership (usually a one-time card fee of HKD 20 to 30) unlocks significantly discounted token packages (e.g., buying a package like HKD 100 for 50 tokens with 30 bonus tokens).

Download the Mobile App

Parents should download the official Jumpin Gym (冒險樂園) mobile app. The app allows you to easily track your membership, buy token packages online, check ticket balances, and redeem exclusive coupons.

Be Aware of Crowds

The venue is a highly popular rainy-day and weekend destination for local families. Weekends can get incredibly noisy and crowded; visiting during weekday mornings or early afternoons is recommended for a calmer experience.

Good to know

Do we pay an admission fee to enter, or do we pay per game?
Entry to the main arcade area is free. You purchase tokens to play individual machines. Dedicated play areas like the Bounce Maze charge a separate entry fee, usually paid in tokens.
Can we pay with Octopus or credit cards directly at the game machines?
No, individual machines do not accept Octopus or credit cards. You must exchange money for tokens at the counter or kiosk. However, the counter accepts Octopus, major credit cards, Alipay, and WeChat Pay.
What is the Rainbow Coin-Toss game and is it hard to win?
This is the signature game where you toss tokens onto a rainbow board. If your token lands entirely inside a colored stripe without touching any black borders, you win. It requires steady hand-eye coordination.
How do the prize tickets work? Do they expire?
Many machines dispense physical or digital tickets based on your score, which can be exchanged for prizes. Tickets do have an expiration window, so members should save them directly to their membership card.
Is the East Point City branch very crowded? When is the best time to visit?
It gets busy on weekend afternoons and public holidays. For shorter queues and a more relaxed environment for younger toddlers, visit on weekday mornings between 11:00 AM and 1:00 PM.
