By MTR

Take the Kwun Tong Line or Tseung Kwan O Line to Tiu Keng Leng MTR Station and take Exit B. The station exit is directly integrated with Level 2 of the Metro Town shopping mall.

Do I need to buy tickets or pay an admission fee to enter Jumpin Gym?

No. General entry to the space is entirely free. You only pay for the individual games you choose to play using tokens.

What is the age or height limit for the Bouncing Maze play area?

While the main arcade has no age limits, the soft-play Bouncing Maze is designed for younger kids, typically under 140 cm in height. Toddlers require supervising parents to enter with them.

Are socks required for the kids?

Yes. Socks are strictly required for hygiene reasons in the Bouncing Maze. Accompanying adults must also wear socks. No socks are required if you only plan to play the arcade machines.

Can I buy tokens online or do I have to queue?

You can buy tokens directly at the service counter, but you can also purchase packages instantly using credit or mobile payment inside the official mobile app to skip the physical queues.

What can we do with the tickets we win from games?

Tickets won from arcade machines can be brought to the prize redemption counter. You can exchange them immediately for stationery, snacks, plush toys, or save them on your membership card for higher-tier prizes.
