Good to know

Do parents need to pay for admission to accompany their children?
Yes. Adults require an accompanying ticket to enter. Standard single-admission tickets purchased on platforms like Klook typically include entry for 1 child and 1 accompanying adult. Additional accompanying adults must purchase a separate ticket (approx. HKD 68).
Is my infant/toddler eligible for free admission?
Babies under 12 months (1 year old) can enter for free, provided they are accompanied by a paying child and a paying adult. Children aged 1 to 12 require a paid child ticket.
Do I need to book a specific play session or timeslot in advance?
No booking is strictly required as long as you arrive during operating hours and the venue is not at maximum capacity. However, purchasing your ticket in advance (e.g., via Klook) is highly recommended for faster entry.
Can we leave the park for a quick break and re-enter?
No. Admission tickets are strictly for single-entry use. Once you or your child exit the gates, you cannot re-enter under the same session ticket.
Are there stroller parking facilities?
