About this place

Established in 1994, Jumpin Gym U.S.A. is Hong Kong's largest indoor family entertainment center chain. This branch, located in the youth-centric T.O.P mall in Mong Kok, is a vibrant indoor amusement arcade popular with families, teenagers, and kids who visit for classic claw machines, interactive video games, and ticket-redemption booth games.

Things to know

No Playroom or Bouncing Maze

Unlike larger flagship branches, this T.O.P location does not feature a Bouncing Maze (soft play gym or ball pit) or bumper cars. It is strictly a standard gaming arcade with coin-operated machines and claw catchers.

Keep Your Tokens

Tokens purchased at Jumpin Gym U.S.A. are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash. However, they do not expire; you can save unused tokens on your membership card for future visits to any branch.

Membership is Highly Recommended

Signing up for a membership card (approx. HKD 20 to 30) unlocks heavily discounted token packages (such as getting massive bonus tokens on bulk purchases) and allows you to store your e-tickets digitally.

Cash Only for Promos

Most discounted token packages and coupon redemptions at the counter are valid for cash payment only. Keep physical cash handy if you plan to buy in bulk.

Good to know

Is there an entrance fee to enter Jumpin Gym U.S.A. (T.O.P)?
No, general admission is completely free. Parents and kids can walk in to look around without buying anything. You only pay for the specific games you choose to play by buying tokens.
How much do tokens cost, and are there any packages?
The regular price is HKD 2 per token. However, they routinely run bulk promotions, such as buying 30 tokens for HKD 60 and getting 10 extra tokens free, or seasonal packages such as getting 240 bonus tokens when buying 300 tokens.
Can my toddler play in a soft-play ball pit or use a slide here?
No. The T.O.P branch is smaller and focused entirely on arcade games, claw machines, and coin-tossing booths. If you are looking for a physical Bouncing Maze soft play area, you should visit larger branches like Whampoa Garden, Tsuen Wan Plaza, or Tai Po Fu Shan.
Do we have to be members to play, and how do we sign up?
You do not need to be a member to play, but non-members must pay the flat HKD 2 rate per token. Anyone can sign up for a club membership at the register for a small fee of HKD 20 to 30, which instantly gives you access to member-only discounts and electronic ticket tracking.
What are the best games for kids at this location?
The T.O.P branch is highly popular for Japanese UFO claw catchers (which feature authentic plushies and toys) and the classic Rainbow Coin Toss booth. Kids love throwing tokens to land on colored zones to win big ticket payouts.
