About this place

Jumpin Gym U.S.A. is Hong Kong's largest chain of indoor family entertainment centers. Families flock to this massive branch, which opened in August 2025 on the site of the former 100FUN playground, to enjoy a brand-new, animal-themed three-story climbing bouncy maze. The arcade features cutting-edge interactive elements, a large ball pit with digital projections, arcade game machines, claw catchers, and the iconic coin-tossing "Lucky Rainbow" (掟彩虹).

Things to know

Socks are Mandatory

Both kids and parents entering the bouncy maze play zone are strictly required to wear socks for hygiene and safety reasons.

Membership Advantages

While walk-ins can buy individual tokens (at standard rates of around HK$2 per token), signing up for a membership (usually a small HK$30 fee for 2 years) unlocks heavy token discounts, promotion packages (such as buy 50 get 50 free), and allows digital ticket-saving.

Extravagant Party Room

The Lok Fu branch houses an extra-large party room. Birthday party guests receive special QR code wristbands to unlock additional interactive mini-games inside the maze.

Good to know

What are the main attractions in the newly expanded Lok Fu branch?
The branch reopened in August 2025 with an expansive footprint, featuring a modern, animal-themed three-level climbing bouncy maze, a giant "horn slide," an interactive projection-screen ball pit, dual digital trampolines, and toddler-safe sensory play zones. It also has a full array of standard arcade cabinets, claw grabbers, and the classic "Lucky Rainbow" coin-toss arena.
Do we have to pay a general admission fee to get inside?
No, entry into the general arcade area is free. Families only purchase physical or electronic tokens to play individual games or pay specifically for entry into the bouncy maze play zone.
What are the age, height limits and parental supervision rules?
The play areas cater to toddlers up to pre-teens. Many of the small mechanical and interactive rides have a minimum height limit starting at 80 cm. Younger children must be accompanied by an adult inside the climbing maze.
How does the membership card and prize redemption work?
Membership cards store digital "Smart Tickets" earned from playing games. Instead of carrying heavy rolls of paper tickets, tickets are digitally scanned onto your card and can be redeemed at the main desk for prizes ranging from plush toys to household appliances.
Are there food and dining facilities inside the venue?
While there is no in-house café directly operated inside Jumpin Gym (the former 100FUN restaurant area was absorbed by the expansion), the arcade is located directly next to the Lok Fu Place Food Square and UNY department store, which features plenty of family-friendly dining spots.
