About this place
The Pamela Peck Discovery Space (PPDS) is an innovative, state-of-the-art play-based learning facility situated on the campus of the Yew Chung College of Early Childhood Education (YCCECE). Designed by early childhood experts, the space features beautifully themed indoor role-play zones and a dynamic outdoor playground. These public visits encourage high-quality parent-child interaction, allowing children to learn through open-ended exploration guided by on-site early education professionals.

Things to know
One ticket, two people
Each HK$100 ticket covers one adult and one child. Bringing a sibling or a second adult means buying one more ticket.
Socks for grown ups
Adults wear socks and no shoes in the indoor area, so pack a pair if you are in sandals.
Snacks stay outside
Eating and drinking indoors is discouraged. If little ones get hungry, use the outdoor picnic area.
Book online, no walk-ins
Every session is booked on Eventbrite, and tickets cannot be refunded, transferred or rescheduled.

What ages is Discovery Space for?
Children from birth to 8 years old, always with a caregiver.
What are the session times?
Mornings run 9am to 12pm and afternoons 1pm to 4pm. Not every date opens both, so check the list on Eventbrite.
How much does it cost?
HK$100 per ticket, covering one adult and one child. No Eventbrite fee is added.
Can we just turn up?
No. Walk-ins are not accepted, so book your session online first.
Is it indoors or outdoors?
Both. Inside there are Hong Kong themed role play stations, and outside there is a climbing wall, mud kitchen, bike track and water play area.
