Take the Island Line to Wan Chai MTR Station and take Exit D. Walk along Lee Tung Avenue to Queen's Road East, cross the street, and take the escalator up to the 6th floor of Hopewell Mall.

I have multiple children. Whose birthday should I register for the Wonder Rewards birthday promotion?

Members receive double points on the first invoice of their designated birth month. You can register either your own birthday or choose one of your children's birth dates.

How do I redeem my member Wonder Points?

You can redeem your Wonder Points directly at the checkout counter. Simply inform the cashier that you wish to use your points to deduct from your payment.

Is there an option for free shipping if I buy online instead of visiting the Wan Chai store?

Yes, online orders of HKD 400 or more qualify for free delivery within Hong Kong. For orders under HKD 400, a flat shipping fee of HKD 50 applies.

What is the policy if my child receives a toy that is damaged or missing parts?
