Formerly a neglected space between housing blocks, this area was transformed in 2020 into a clean, modern pocket park. Today, it features walking paths, children's play equipment, and elderly fitness corners, offering local families a peaceful, uncrowded outdoor environment right in the heart of Tai Po.
Things to know
No Onsite Restrooms
There are no toilets inside the park. However, public restrooms and baby care rooms are available within a 5-minute walk inside Tai Po Mega Mall or Tai Po Centre.
Avoid Mid-day Heat
The optimal visiting windows are 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM or after 4:00 PM. The mid-day sun can make the outdoor playground equipment extremely hot.
Bring Water and Repellent
Bring full water bottles, sun hats, and mosquito repellent. There are no kiosks inside the park, though retail stores are located nearby inside the mall.
Watch the Steps
Keep an eye on toddlers near the park's stairs, as some steps have previously caused visitors to trip.

Location & getting there
Getting here
Take the East Rail Line to Tai Wo Station (Exit B) and walk 10 to 13 minutes along Tai Po Tai Wo Road. Alternatively, from Tai Po Market Station, walk 12 to 16 minutes or take feeder bus K12 or K17 to Tai Po Mega Mall.
Alight at Tai Po Mega Mall, Tai Po Civic Centre, or Tai Po Tai Wo Road. Useful routes include K12, 74X, 73X, 75X, 271, and W3.
Set GPS to 8 On Pong Road. Since there is no onsite parking, drivers can park at Tai Po Mega Mall (Zones A to D) or Tai Po Centre Multi-Storey Car Park.
Taxis can drop passengers off easily on On Pong Road or near Tai Po Centre Block 10.
The park is easily reachable on foot via pedestrian walkways from all central Tai Po residential estates.
