Good to know

Are there any entry fees to use the playground?
No, admission is entirely free. It is a public playground run by the Hong Kong Government's Leisure and Cultural Services Department (LCSD).
Does the playground have swings and slides?
Yes. While it is a smaller neighborhood playground rather than a massive destination park, it features standard, kid friendly play elements including slides, climbing frames, and safety mat zones.
Are there public toilets or baby care rooms inside the park?
No, there are no dedicated public toilets or changing rooms within the garden itself. However, the Kwai Fong Community Hall is directly next door, and larger commercial complexes (Kwai Chung Plaza and Metroplaza) with complete family restrooms are just a 5 minute walk away.
Is the playground completely shaded?
The park features several mature, tall trees that provide natural shade, along with a central hexagonal gazebo (and recently installed rain shelters) where parents can sit comfortably in the shade while keeping an eye on their children.
Can I bring my dog to the playground?
No. Unlike designated pet-friendly parks in the district, pets are generally not permitted within the active children's playground area.
